What is included in the concierge service?
Our concierge service covers the full duration of your stay: private chef, butler, ski instructors, grocery delivery, housekeeping, activity bookings and more. All staff sign confidentiality agreements. We also manage property handover, snow removal and all logistics so you arrive to a chalet ready to enjoy.
Is airport transfer included?
Private transfers from Geneva Airport (1h15) and Lyon Airport (2h) can be arranged as part of your rental. Just let us know your arrival details when you submit your request.
What is the minimum rental period?
All our Megève chalets are available on a weekly basis, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Peak ski season (mid-December to end of March) books up early — we recommend requesting your selection at least 3 to 6 months in advance for the best availability.
Are all 140+ chalets listed online?
